JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide the necessary after sales service and maintenance for customers
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar installations.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency.
• Educate customers on the use and benefits of their solar systems.
• Keep accurate records of after sales service and maintenance.
Qualifications:
• Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of solar systems or similar technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Associate Degree
