Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate mobilization of the project communities including the selection of project trainers and project beneficiaries in a transparent and inclusive manner.
• To explain and negotiate with project trainers and project beneficiaries their contribution to the project and then mobilize, coordinate, monitor and evaluate their contributions.
• Facilitate and supports the establishment and production of agricultural products
• Supervise usage and maintenance of the equipment and tools for ADRA
• Prepare and conduct training programs for trainers (TOT) on garden production (land preparation, planting, growing, processing and preserving) and animal production
• Supervise and supports the distribution of the farming material, tools and other items to the project trainers and beneficiaries
• Support trainers in conducting trainings in the communities
• Conduct regular monitoring of project activities and inputting the data into a relevant database.
• Provide mentoring to the project trainers and beneficiaries about the establishment and production in the community gardens
• Facilitate, supervise and support TOT is recording, documentation of lessons learnt and best practices by regular review and monitoring
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or any related field
• Relevant Professional experience of not less than 2years
• Good interpersonal skills and unquestionable integrity.
• Two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from the religious leader of your local congregation.
• Ability to speak the local language

Job summary:
The HSEQ Coordinator’s role is to manage, maintain and continuously improve the IMS (Quality, Environment and Health & Safety) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018.
He/she will ensure that sound health, safety and environmental practices are identified, documented and fully aligned to the organization’s strategy, whilst ensuring that these are understood, and complied with to enable the organization exceed its statutory, and contractual obligations in managing HSEQ aspects across the diverse risk landscape.
Key roles and responsibilities
• Ensuring that the IMS conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and responsible for conducting and scheduling periodic audits (internal and external) to ensure ongoing compliance;
• Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs including customer and statutory requirements;
• Reporting on the performance of the IMS including opportunities for improvement, and environmental performance to top management;
• Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization;
• Ensuring that the integrity of the IMS is maintained when changes to the IMS are planned and implemented;
• Ensuring that all IMS documentation is kept up to date as required;
• Providing advice, guiding, supporting, promoting awareness and coaching all personnel with the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures;
• Coordinating accident / injury investigations and lead investigations;
• Providing Legislative and regulatory advice to the Management team on all matters relating to HSEQ;
• Ensuring risk assessments are done and the risk assessment registers are up to date;
• Ensuring compliance with company and client policies and procedures as well as state laws as they apply to HSEQ Management;
• Any other duties at the request of the management.

• Management and staff at the different levels.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education required.
• High level of integrity;
• Ability to work without supervision;
• Ability to support both management and staff members in following policies and procedures;
• Good report writing / documentation / record keeping skills;
• Good follow up skills;
• Demonstrate commitment to HSE excellence through personal conduct.
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, 14001 &45001;
• Proven experience working in a HSEQ role in manufacturing, construction and/or oil and gas industries;
• Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels;
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, have a personable nature;
• Commitment to working as part of a team;
• Recognized quality, safety and environmental qualification like lead auditor’s qualification in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
