Job Summary
We are looking for a Distribution Expert with a minimum of 1 year of experience distributing products in supermarkets and retail shops across Uganda. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the retail distribution network, a deep understanding of supply chain logistics, and the ability to develop and execute distribution strategies that enhance product availability and sales.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Assess and develop strategic distribution plans to optimize product placement in supermarkets and retail shops.
• Provide expert guidance on expanding market reach and improving distribution efficiency.
• Identify and recommend key retail and wholesale partners for collaboration.
• Advise on pricing strategies and negotiation tactics to maximize profitability.
• Offer insights on regulatory compliance and best practices for product distribution.

Education and Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product distribution, specifically in supermarkets and retail shops in Uganda.
• Strong network and existing relationships within the retail sector.
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic distribution plans.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
