Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance department.

Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Prepare financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to accounts.
• Ensure timely posting of data in the QuickBooks system.
• Any other duties as assigned to you by the company manager /head of finance.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA Level 1.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,)
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
