Job Summary:

The Assistant Lecturer in Public Administration will support the teaching and research of Public Policy Analysis. The role involves assisting in course development, student mentorship, and participation in public policy research.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching & Instruction
    • Assist in teaching Public Policy Analysis courses.
    • Develop and prepare course materials.
  2. Research & Publications
    • Conduct research in Public Policy and Governance.
    • Publish in academic journals and policy reports.
  3. Student Supervision & Mentorship
    • Guide undergraduate students in research projects.
    • Offer career advice in public administration fields.
  4. Program Development
    • Contribute to curriculum review and update.
    • Introduce modern policy analysis tools in teaching.
  5. University & Public Engagement
    • Support faculty initiatives and research collaborations.
    • Engage with government and policy institutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Public Administration or Public Policy.
  • Teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Research experience in Public Policy Analysis.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
