Background
As a Casual Customer Service Representative, you will be hired on a temporary or intermittent basis to fulfill short-term or irregular work requirements. You will not have a fixed, ongoing commitment with us and you will not have the same level of job security or benefits as full-time or permanent employees. You will usually be employed to address fluctuating workloads, seasonal demands, or specific projects where the need for labour or workers is uncertain or irregular. There will be time when you will have irregular working hours, and your employment may not be guaranteed beyond each individual assignment or working day.

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Casual Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. As a Casual Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and helpful manner, striving for first-contact resolution.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to assist customers effectively.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and in line with company policies.
• Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
• Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for customers encountering product-related issues.
• Payment Processing: Assist customers with payment-related inquiries, including billing, refunds, and payment methods.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share product knowledge and insights with customers to enhance their experience and product understanding.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including interactions and issue resolutions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our products, services, and customer experience.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks or projects as required.

Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
