BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
Works Description: Completion of the Construction of a Storeyed Girls' Dormitory at St. Mary's Ediofe Girls' Secondary School in Arua City.

1. St. Mary's Ediofe Girls' Secondary School has allocated funds from its budget to be used for the proposed construction of a Storeyed Girls' Dormitory at St. Mary's Ediofe Girls' Secondary School, Arua City.
2. The school invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works detailed as follows:

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2020 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at $(a) from 30.9m to 5.00pm.
5. The bidding document which has been prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at $(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of £400,000,000 only. (Upgrade Shilling Two Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be through the Bank on the URA-Non-Tax Revenue Account in Centenary Bank Arua Branch; an Account No. 2020B02404.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at (c)at or before 12:00pm on Monday 28th April,2025.All bids must be accompanied by abid security of (USA20,000,000/−). Bid securities must be valid until 30th June 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders′ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at (c)at or before 12:00pmon Monday 28thApril,2025.
7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting /site visit at St. Mary's Ediofe Girls' Secondary School Arua City on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in the notice.
