Candidate Profile
Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or science course.
• Experience of about two(2) years in the same position is preferred.
• Analytical, interpersonal skills, computer literate and customer care techniques.
• A team player and self-motived with a high level of integrity.
• Proficiency in SAP and any other qualification in Logistics related course is an added advantage.
Activities
Main Objective
The role holder is tasked with planning and dispatching for around 180+ stations of white products, averagely 20 GT clients and Resellers with a daily volume of about 36 T of Lubricants and up to about 1500 LPG cylinders of various weights as well as ensuring daily issuance of about 50+ delivery notes for all products, Lubricant deliveries and about 120 customer invoices for both Lubricants and LPG cylinders.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Organize dispatching process, in terms of zoning and dispatch timing.
• Pre-plan and assign delivery trucks to meet customer white products orders, lubricants orders, LPG and others in a manner that minimizes transportation costs to both TotalEnergies and transporters, and in accordance with the company HSEQ policy.
• Ensure transport regulation and balance delivery order allocation to ensure an equitable share of the business among the various contracted transporters.
• Pre-plan and assign routing for trucks carrying out LPG cylinder milk run and LPG cylinder orders.
• Print daily lubricant orders and review the execution of old ones.
• Issue customer invoices from SAP system for each delivery of lubricants and LPG cylinders.
• Prepare reports to sales teams and operations teams i.e., daily White products and Lubricant loading report visa is pending orders.
• Reconcile with Warehouse and LPG loading depot.
• Implement and maintain TotalEnergies’ HSEQ policy; -Record at least 3 (three) near misses per month and 1 (one) stop card deployment per quarter.
• Attend 11 out of 12 safety and compliance breakfast meeting held in a year.
• Report unsafe conditions or any other conditions affecting the performance of the dispatch.
Context & Environment
• Constant communication with the various teams e.g., RTEs, CSEs, Specialties team, Transport section, Depot teams etc.
• Direct effect on Quality of service at TotalEnergies service stations, GT customers ACCOUNTABILITIES
