Invitation For Qualified And Experienced Contractors To Submit Bids For Projects Aimed At Improving Sanitation And Water Infrastructure Tender At Team And Team Africa

Team and Team Africa is a non-governmental organization (NGO) focused on the Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation (WASH) sector. We are seeking qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for projects aimed at improving sanitation and water infrastructure in Uleppi SS, Okollo SS and Rhino Camp J.

The following services are required:

I. Test Pumping at 3 Sites: Evaluate the yield and sustainability of existing boreholes (Uleppi SS, Okollo SS & Rhino Camp SS).
II. Borehole Flush Up [5.7m]: Clean and rehabilitate a borehole to enhance water flow (Uleppi SS).
III. Solar Panel and Submersible Pump Supply & Installation: Provide and install a complete solar-powered pumping system Grandfest Lorentz pump with capacity of 120M head and 200Bb per hour at pump depth 120m./drop cables with proper after sales service.
IV. Tank Tower Fabrication 6M (High): Construct a tower to support 2 (5000fts) water storage tanks.
V. Tank Installation: Install two (2) plastic tanks, each with a capacity of 5,000 litres.
VI. Tap Stand Construction: Build two (2) tap stands for community water access.
VII. Water Quality Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure water safety. (Uleppi SS)
VIII. Fencing of the Water System: Secure the water infrastructure with appropriate fencing.
IX. Tap Stand Repair (3 Schools): Repair existing tap stands at three (3) schools.
X. Ratmaster System Repair (3 Schools): Repair existing ratmaster harvesting systems at three (3) schools.
