Invitation Notice for Framework Contracts and Prequalification
- Jinja Regional Referral Hospital now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed shortlisting submissions for the provision of works, supplies and services for Financial year 2025/2026 to 2026/2027. Providers who will be pre-qualified shall be invited from time to time to bid for the requirements.

- The evaluation criteria shall include but not limited to experience in the field applied for, personnel, financial status, and facilities appropriate for each requirement.
- Bidding submissions will be evaluated in accordance with PPDA and the Government of Uganda. Shortlisting is open to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Jinja Regional Referral Hospital website www.jinjahospital.go.ug and inspect the pre-qualification documents
- A complete set of Bidding documents IN English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/-. The method of payment will be by bank deposit in Stanbic Bank Account Name Jinja Regional Referral Hospital Non Tax Revenue Account Number 9030005730952. After payment, the bidder (or representative) will present the Bank deposit slip to the Accounts section for certification.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00Am on 30th April 2025 for category A, Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 30th April 2025 at 11:30am. for category B bids must be delivered before 11:00Am on 24th April 2025 and opened at 11:30am on 24th April 2025
