Responsibilities:
• Operational Oversight: Provide strategic direction and leadership in managing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
