Protea Hotel Entebbe is seeking a skilled professional pastry chef de partie to join our F&B kitchen team. Our ideal candidate should be committed to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements and skills
- Atleast 2 years in a similar position in busy hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage operations.
- Inventory and cost control knowledge.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
