    • Plan and manage all procurement and disposal activities in the district.
    • Ensure compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDA).

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
    • Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement laws and procedures in Uganda.
    • At least three years of relevant working experience in procurement.
    • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
