Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to lead and expand our HVAC department. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala, offering an exciting opportunity to build and grow a key division within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, providing technical support, and ensuring excellent customer service in the HVAC sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the HVAC division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients.
- Provide expert technical support and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Oversee HVAC project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product and service offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing HVAC sales and technical team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or business development.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to provide technical support and customized solutions to clients.
- Leadership experience with a track record of growing and managing teams is a plus.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
