JOB DETAILS:
Our client is looking for a Sourcing GM for a full-time in-country position in Western Uganda, responsible for leading sourcing, production, and export operations. The core responsibilities include managing all sourcing staff, overseeing procurement, production, and stock accuracy, implementing company policies, supporting cocoa procurement and certification, supervising production processes, managing logistics for cocoa export, overseeing cash management in Kasese and Bundibugyo, ensuring accountability and no mismanagement of funds or procurement, hosting and coordinating visitor activities, and annual planning for volumes and capacity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from reputable university in related field
• 3+ years' experience working and living in Africa or similar context Knowledge of or previous experience in agriculture, agronomy, or agro- processing
• Experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
• High level of organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to learn and problem-solve independently (required) Willingness to live and work in rural areas
• Patience & sense of humor
