ALIGHT (Formerly American Refugee Committee), an International Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) registered with the Government of Uganda, has been operational since 1994. Alight is working across Uganda providing a multi-sectoral/integrated response to Refugee and Host Communities aimed at improving the well-being and resilience of refugees displaced by conflict and the communities that host them via comprehensive Protection Services including Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and Child Protection, Sustainable Livelihoods (SL), Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH).

Completed bids must be delivered in hard copy and dropped into the TENDER BOX at ALIGHT offices located in Kampala Plot 112, Naguru Katalima road) and Nakivale Field Office.
