3. The Bidding document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter to the Ag. Assistant Commissioner Procurement & Disposal Division at the address in (2) above.

4. Bidders are advised to obtain Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address in (2) above and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 for the bidding document to any bank authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.

Additional Job Description:
The Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) is seeking qualified suppliers/service providers for:

1. Supply of Tyres, Batteries and Tubes (Framework Contract)
   • Must supply genuine, high-quality vehicle parts meeting URA specifications
   • Ability to deliver to multiple URA locations nationwide
   • Minimum 12-month warranty required
2. Cleaning Services (Three Lots)
   • Professional cleaning of URA stations and OSBPs (One-Stop Border Posts)
   • Must provide trained staff, equipment and cleaning materials
   • Experience in institutional cleaning preferred
3. Office Space Provision in Entebbe
   • Minimum 200 sqm of office space meeting URA security standards
   • Must be located in prime areas of Entebbe
   • 24-month lease agreement required

General Requirements for All Bidders:

• Valid trading license and tax clearance certificate
• Proof of similar contracts successfully executed
• Financial capability to deliver services
• Compliance with PPDA regulations
