JOB DETAILS:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS::

Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. The candidate must be in possession of the original academic certificates.

OTHER DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
1.⁠ ⁠Possession of the original national national identity card.
2.⁠ ⁠Three letters of reference testifying about the candidate’s academic record and ability to work with others (team work).
5.⁠ ⁠Local council letter from place of residence testifying about the conduct and criminal record of candidate.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES: Menu development; Oversee kitchen operations and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow; food preparation, ensuring food safety, quality control, and compliance with government regulation;; supervision of relevant staff; food inventory management; costing requisition and kitchen products; directing interactions between kitchen department and customers that promote the resort’s service and products.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years experience in related work.

SALARY: Salary will be based on qualifications, experience and other factors stated in the advertisement.
