JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs and services offered at the institute.
- Design programs addressing the diverse needs of children, youth, women, and men, focusing on skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage preservation.
- Ensure programs promote principles of humanity, eco-friendly practices, and address the needs of individuals and communities in Uganda.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum design and management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and program development skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
