Job Purpose:
To provide technical leadership and policy direction for the delivery of quality education services in the district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, budgeting, and coordinating education programs.
• Supervising and mentoring head teachers and inspectors.
• Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education guidelines.
• Liaising with stakeholders on educational development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education plus a Master’s in Education Planning/Management or related field.
• Minimum of nine (9) years of professional experience in the education sector, at least three (3) of which at senior level.
