Qualifications, Education and Competencies

• Minimum second-class honours Degree with a specialization in Electrical or mechatronics Engineering.
• Applicants who have covered air-conditioning and refrigeration have an added advantage.
• Applicants should be fresh graduates or with less than 3years experience.
• Applicants should be 27years of age and below.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Computer literate.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Aggressive, energetic and go-getter personality.

• Manage hatchery operations
• Ensure proper incubation and hatching processes
• Monitor and maintain hatchery equipment
• Supervise hatchery staff

• Air-conditioning and refrigeration knowledge is an added advantage
