  • Job Summary: To generate leads, secure bookings, and drive revenue for the hotel's rooms, conferences, and events.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and prospect new corporate and leisure clients.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
    • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Qualifications:
    • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
