Job Purpose:
To manage and coordinate procurement and disposal processes in accordance with PPDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing procurement plans and supervising procurement activities.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Advising the Contracts Committee and user departments.
• Managing supplier relationships and contract performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Full professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is required.
• At least five (5) years in procurement, with three (3) in public sector.
