JOB DETAILS:
- Job Summary: To provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience from greeting to payment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any table-side issues.
- Prepare and present checks and process payments.
- Set up, clear, and clean tables and dining areas.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food service procedures and etiquette.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
