Addendum To the Bid for Gold Suppliers and Refineries in Uganda Under Framework Arrangement [Bou/Supls/24-25/00103/C]
1. Bank of Uganda informs all intending eligible bidders for the provision of the above services that the date for the pre bid meeting has been rescheduled from 14/May 2025 to 17/ May 2025 at Golden Tulip Hotel starting at 9am.
2. The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows:
a. Publish bid notice - Tuesday April 8/2025
b. Pre-bid meeting - Thursday April 17/ 2025
c. Receipt of Requests for Clarification - By April 22/ 2025
d. Responses to requests for clarification - By April 29,2025
e. Bid closing date - May 7/2025
f. Evaluation process - Within 10 working days from bid closing date
g. Contract Signature - After expiry of the Best Evaluated Bidder Notice
