Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala. The Barista will be responsible for food and beverage preparation, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role involves interacting with guests, taking orders, and preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages.

Qualifications
1.At least a high school certificate
2.Barista certification

Key responsibilities
• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience as a Barista
• Ability to handle food preparation tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Barista certification or training is a plus
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
