Procurement of an Electronic Results Transmission and Dissemination System (ERTDS) for 2025/2026 General Elections. - EC/SUPE/S/2025-2026/00002

1. The Electoral Commission has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Inventory Management System for Electrical Commission Polling Materials for 2025/2026 General Elections.

2. The Entity review stated bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at SqA from 800nm-500pm.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at SqA and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UG.SHs. 200,000. The method of payment will be Cash paid in Diamond Trust Bank.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at SqA at or before 1100nm on 20^th August, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Lot 15 UG.SHs. 67,721,038 (Upgrade Shilling: Sixty-two million seven hundred one thousand thirty-eight), Lot 2 UG.SHs. 97,853,110 (Upgrade Shilling: Ninety-seven million one hundred fifty-eight thousand one hundred ten), Lot 8 UG.SHs. 10,000,000 (Upgrade Shilling: Ten million), Lot 3bt UG.SHs. 10,000,000 (Upgrade Shilling: Ten million), Lot 16 UG.SHs. 9,640,000 (Upgrade Shilling: Nine million six hundred forty thousand) and Lot 5 UG.SHs. 13,800,000 (Upgrade Shilling: Ten million five hundred thousand). Bid security must be valid until 12^th December 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at SqA at 1115nm on 20^th August, 2025.

7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting at Electoral Commission Boardroom on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
