Position Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will track and analyze department performance against targets and budgets, develop dashboards, and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in BI tools, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions across teams.
Key responsibilities:

  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on department performance against set targets.
  • Develop real-time dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, budget adherence, and revenue performance.
  • Identify underperforming areas and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure data-driven decision-making and accountability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to compare actual revenue vs. projected targets.
  • Develop performance forecasting models to optimize resource allocation.
  • Identify trends and suggest strategic adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide real-time insights into operations to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Track and measure ROI of projects, initiatives, and operational decisions.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or performance monitoring.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive accountability across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • A self-driven, detail-oriented professional with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
