Job Overview
Prudential Insurance Company is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Prudential’s range of insurance products to individuals and businesses, while providing expert financial guidance and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Develop customized insurance solutions tailored to meet clients’ individual needs.
• Conduct client needs analysis and offer suitable Prudential products including life, health, and investment-linked insurance plans.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing consistent follow-up and excellent service.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Educate clients on financial planning, insurance benefits, and policy options.
• Attend regular training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a high level of personal initiative and drive.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
