JOB DETAILS:
On behalf of a leading client, we are headhunting for a Senior professional, for the following position.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Science with an MBA / Business management or any other equivalent.
• At least 8-10years of relevant experience in a similar position / senior management team.
• Prior work experience in the Uganda and East Africa preferred.
• Brings expertise in organizational management, strong leadership, strategic risk management, analytical problem-solving, results-oriented focus, and a commitment to integrity and professional standards

Role & Responsibilities:
The Country head will be responsible to oversee the Ugandan operations, management and performance, ensuring alignment with company strategies and policies leading all business activities across segments and labs in Uganda, and providing strategic direction to department heads and their teams.
