CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an oil and gas exploration and production company, and Operator of the Kingfisher Development Area located in Hoima and Kikuube Districts.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE MAINTENANCE
CNOOC Uganda Limited requests the services of a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to provide Office Maintenance services at its office block and workshop sites.
Scope of Work:
• Repair and maintenance of the CNOOC office block, which includes but is not limited to:
o Maintenance of electrical systems
o Plumbing systems
o Air conditioning
o Furniture
o Blinds
Other requirements will be detailed in the scope of work.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Registration with the National Supplier Database maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda.
2. Compliance with all statutory requirements.
3. Proven experience in the performance of similar services.
4. Availability of experienced personnel.
5. Financial capacity to manage eventual contract execution.
6. Compliance with local and national content regulations as per government policies.
Submission Details:
• Pre-qualification (PQ) documents must be submitted under the reference EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE MAINTENANCE (RFP-CUL-LD-007).
• Submission deadline:
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
