Please provide us the following information with your interest letter, please note that interest without the required information will be not further evaluated:

1. Company presentation and Company organization, including establishment time, registration location, registered copies or composition and quality of employees and other information, which are sufficient to demonstrate that they are capable of performing the work-cage above.

2. Quality Management System Certificate (Number, Issuing Date, Equity Date, Issuing organisation) is Company’s operating position, including the total number of employees, including their own Bank and other information, which are sufficient to demonstrate the good operating status and financial stability of company in order to have no adequately performed and smoothly complete the work-cage above.

3. Company’s performance, provide at least three similar performance, including the name of the performance project, contact amount, client, the contact test without cost detail, which are sufficient to demonstrate the performance on the NGO. The Company who is a local Ugandan company which registered and qualified on the 2025 National Guidance (NGO) for the Personnel Authority of Uganda and shall be able to remain the NGO qualification valid till the completion of this Subcontract period.

Please note that:

1. Your submission as required above will be further evaluated provided that all the aforementioned information required is correctly submitted to a timely manner. The subcontractors and/or members required it is critical for Contractor to evaluate your qualification for the tender but does not represent the only requirement in deciding the bidder’s discretion. Contractor shall also review the right date of the day discretion, to decide the bidder list for the tender in accordance with its qualification procedure and standard, which may not be fully presented hereinabove.

2. This is further highlighted in democratizing your interest in relation to the tender. Your submission does not guarantee that you will be qualified prior to approval as a Subcontractor or Supplier.

For the supply of cement that supplies shall have the ability for below requirements:

1. The payment is done in a working days after delivering the required cement to KF jobsite.

2. The payment is done once the delivery quantity is made from 15 bulders, 450tons.

3. The bidder shall have the ability to organize 6 bulders for the delivery in one time to match the peak consumption of the cement.

If your company’s product/supply, capability, and records of performance meet our requirements, we will contact you to continue the qualification process which includes prompt actions and to a safety, quality, financial stability, capacity, others, and the billing stage. If you company do not pass the qualification process, we will retain your information for a month and circumstances change.
