Job Summary:
The HR Outsourcing & Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing outsourced employees, and driving recruitment efforts for Reeds Africa Consult in Uganda. This role involves talent acquisition, HR outsourcing operations, compliance management, and business development to grow both recruitment and outsourcing services.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for clients requiring HR outsourcing and recruitment services.
- Understand client needs and provide customized HR and talent acquisition solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of client and employee concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess service satisfaction and address gaps.
2. HR Outsourcing Operations
- Oversee outsourced employees, including onboarding, performance management, and contract renewals.
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related administrative tasks for outsourced staff.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across various industries.
- Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and assessments to ensure candidate quality.
- Coordinate with clients to define job roles, skill requirements, and hiring strategies.
4. Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand HR outsourcing and recruitment services.
- Develop proposals and present HR solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Uganda’s business sector.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all HR outsourcing and recruitment processes comply with Ugandan labor laws and company policies.
- Handle HR-related documentation, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Address employee grievances and manage dispute resolution effectively.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and report key HR outsourcing and recruitment metrics (e.g., employee retention, hiring success rate, client satisfaction).
- Prepare reports for management on service delivery and business growth.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR outsourcing, recruitment, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Uganda.
