Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute a detailed marketing campaign strategy to increase visibility.
- Create a social media presence from scratch and manage platforms (Facebook, X, TikTok,
- Instagram), ensuring weekly reporting stats
- Maintain a content calendar for social media posts and campaigns.
- Plan and execute community-based PR initiatives to establish partnerships.
- Oversee the school’s website design and maintenance, ensuring relevant updates.
- Develop digital and print advertisements, collaborating with a PR consultant for campaign launches.
2. Content Creation & Media Management
- Capture and edit photos and videos for social media, marketing materials, and newsletters
- Design and distribute a monthly newsletter.
- Develop creative and engaging content to showcase company activities and highlights
3. Client & Community Engagement
- Organize marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients through digital communication and event promotion.
- Work closely with current staff to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or public relations.
- Fluency in both English and Luganda for effective communication.
- Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
- Experience with photo and video editing AI & software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and adapt to flexible work hours.
