Alice Anume Memorial School of Nursing and Midwifery (AAMSNM), Pallisa, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, dynamic, and visionary professionals to fill the position of Principal.
Job Purpose
The Principal will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the institution, ensuring excellence in competency-based training (CBT), regulatory compliance, quality assurance, institutional growth, research, and the production of competent, ethical, and job-ready health professionals.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or midwifery with a postgraduate diploma in medical education, or a Bachelor's degree in medical
- A Master's degree in nursing, health education, medical education, public health, health services management, or a related
- Registration and a valid practicing license from the relevant professional regulatory
- A minimum of ten (10 ) years' experience in nursing or health professional education, including at least three (3) years in a senior leadership or management position.

- Knowledge of TVET and Competency-Based Training (CBT).
