JOB DETAILS:
Accountabilities
End to End support of the Mobile Money Corporate Partners
• Handle all Biller queries relating to their collections and receipt of funds
• Manage all Merchant queries stemming from their daily collections
• Resolve all Super-Agent (Banks) issues raised in regard to their Transactions
• Communicate commissions and Transaction statements to the Super Agents (Banks)
• Handle all queries coming through from Bulk Payers in regard to payments processing
• Support in the development and review of Mobile Money processes and procedures relating to Corporate Segment
• Process all PIN rest and SIM swap requests from the Super Agents (Banks) on a timely basis
• Timely Creation and set up of Bulk Payers and Merchants onto the Platform
Corporate Clientele Training
• Work in collaboration with the Corporate Sales Team in Training the Corporate clientele
• Ensure Corporate customers are contacted for additional information, if the need be
• Ensure security and confidentiality of Information pertaining to our business partners
Reporting and record keeping
• Compile monthly reports on the activities of the corporate partners
• Provide feedback for merchant/Biller/Bank complaints/queries on a timely basis
• Ensure proper archiving of the Forms and partner Information

Person Specification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related discipline
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
• At least 2 years’ Experience in business support
• Experience in working in a team
Other requirements (Behavioral etc.)
• Business awareness
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Sets high personal standards and goal oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and in writing
