Quality Plastics (U) Ltd is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily
manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and uphold quality standards. If you are a

Key Responsibilities.
- Oversee daily operations of the PET recycling washing line, including sorting,
shredding, washing, and drying processes.
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize
downtime.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality
control standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure recycled PET meets required quality
specifications.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, environmental regulations,
and industry best practices.
- Report on the performance of the systems and suggest on the opportunity for
improvement.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production teams for maximum performance.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new employees on proper machine operation
and safety protocols.
- Promote teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate production logs and records of machine performance.
- Analyse production data to track performance, identify trends, and suggest
improvements.
- Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, and operational challenges for
management review.
- Ensure working environment always maintained clean to avoid contamination of
product
- Enforce workplace safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Implement proper handling and disposal of waste materials per environmental
standards.
- Conduct routine safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform any other duties which may be required by management.
Requirements
➢ Minimum Experience: 3years of experience in manufacturing environment, with
at least 5 years in a Supervisory role.
➢ Minimum Education: Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
➢ Excellent knowledge in English (verbal and written).
➢ Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
➢ Good knowledge of applicable standards, local rules and regulations.
➢ Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by production
demands
