The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives, deliverables, and outcomes. The role serves as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and is accountable for maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and submit project reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with clients, management, and project team members regarding project progress, risks, and challenges.
• Track project milestones and escalate issues that may affect project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project requirements are understood and addressed.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned and recommendations.
