JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, heating systems and carrying out general electrical works in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The technician should have excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AC and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Test and adjust systems to ensure proper functioning
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• And all other duties assigned.

Qualifications
• Diploma in electrical and systems maintenance or equivalent required
• 1 year Experience in in HVAC/R repair and maintenance or equivalent experience
• Valid driving/riding licence.
• Experience with commercial and industrial AC and refrigeration systems

Skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, and work in cramped spaces
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
