PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: UNMEB/SRVCS/2024-2025/00018
Uganda Nurses & Midwives Examinations Board (UNMEB) is a semi-autonomous Government Body established in December 2005 by the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) to streamline, regulate, and coordinate Examinations and Awards for Nurses and Midwives in Uganda.
UNMEB now invites sealed applications for prequalification from eligible Providers for Goods, Services, Works, and Consultancy Services for FYs 2024/25, 2025/26, and 2026/27.
The list of various Goods, Services, Works, and Consultancy Services required during the above-mentioned Financial Years is provided in the standard prequalification document. Prequalification submissions will be evaluated per the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda.
The prequalification document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (UGX 100,000). The method of payment is by bank deposit to the UNMEB bank account.
Prequalification submissions must be made in hard copy to the address below obtained from the UNMEB Website.
Inspection of the prequalification document is open between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, at the UNMEB Secretariat.
No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
