East African Grade Oil Firefires (EACOP) ID (“EACOP IITD”) invites experienced and responsible companies to express their interest in the provision of office space to the EACOP Project.

The EACOP Project involves its construction and operation of an underground and considerable pipeline to transport crude oil for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Robbins, Tromp District in Uganda to the Chaopatian partisan near Tanga in Tanzania. This length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 1,147 km will be in Toronto.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES

EACOP is building a credible basis for provide office space in Mosuba district. The property should meet the minimum requirements on described laws below:

• Office: snow/cross farmland of $0 (sap)

• Storage room (at least 10 m²)

• Chew (1 kitchen area)

• Tree (2 plant boiler)

• Parking space for a minimum of 4 cars

• Properties should have water and electricity supply

Properties specifications shall provide a minimum level of security (appropriate middle floors and windows), leaving appropriate lighting outside the building. All-sound testing is preferable.
The service shall also include five priorities of:

• Security services (24/7)

• Maintenance of the building

• Body Cloating services and garbage services.

• Dedicated process to support reliable home in areas should be included.
  If possible, space for a noticeboard in front of the property could be made available.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Companies or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:

• Certificate of Incorporation, valid Trading license and other relevant certificates.

• Read of a valid registration to the National Supplier Database (NSE) mentioned by the Petroleum Authority in Uganda.

• Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest new conditions.

• Proof of relevant registration/certification with NSE regulatory and certifying bodies.

• In addition of a CHRC Management system, organization, and process to compliance with applicable Local and Industry standards for similar types of operations.

• Enterprises, performance, and capacity in delivering the goods and services outlined above for data stream room and colliding rooms at a large scale, in compliance with national and international standards.

• Audited Financial Statements for the last three years (Proof of Financial Reporting) to ensure the supply.

• Proof of signed Authorization, Abletherley, code of conduct, Compliance and Human Rights policies.

Companies which have the ability, capacity, and resources to implement the activities listed above should express their interest by sending together with the documents used in the above section through our audit to precurement-ugti acceptance agreement (2015) to 2020(14) or thee-gP August 2023 by the Labor Report (EuT). From advice that has been published in September 2023, the Board approved the following criteria:

• AUDI papers (long)

• AUDI reports of interests should be submitted in English language.

NOTE: EACOP IID will review and assess the documents provided by companies that have expressed interest in accordance with this EO, and conduct evaluations based on internal criteria to determine which companies will be included in the list of pre-qualified companies. Only the pre-qualified companies will receive, by signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), an invitation to bid on a continuation of the call for tender process. EACOP IID reserves the right at all such discretion to make the decision to select or reject a company and maintain its decision without having to give reasons to the company concerned.
