  • Response Services Manager

Job Overview:

  • The Response Services Manager leads and manages the response services team to ensure prompt, efficient, and professional security responses to emergencies.
  • The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and oversight of security operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize client satisfaction, and align with business objectives.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the security response team effectively.
  2. Rapid Response: Ensure timely and effective emergency response deployment.
  3. Operations Management: Oversee security operations, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  4. Business Continuity: Develop and review emergency response plans for preparedness.
  5. Incident Command: Lead decision-making and coordination during security incidents.
  6. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  7. Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  8. Training & Performance: Ensure continuous training and performance evaluation.

Competencies:

  • Experience & Personal Specifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in security or emergency response, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Experience managing a security team in a fast-paced, emergency environment.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Ability to lead and manage a security response team, ensuring operational effectiveness.
    • Ability to make quick, informed decisions during high-pressure security incidents.
    • Ability to coordinate and execute security operations while ensuring compliance with protocols.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective emergency response and business continuity plans.
    • Ability to assess risks and solve problems, mitigating security threats during operations.
    • Ability to manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of financial and operational assets.
    • Ability to deliver training and development programs, enhancing team skills through drills and evaluations.
