Role Overview
The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by selling our investment products to a diverse clientele. This position involves building relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating proactivity and a results-driven attitude while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Position Details
• Employment Type: Contract
• Location: Kampala / Hybrid Work Arrangement
• Reporting Structure: Reports to the CEO
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Negotiate details of contracts and payments.
• Prepare sales contracts and order forms.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Required Experience: 2-3 years in a sales-related role.
• Mandatory Skills: Active Listening, Speaking, Social Perceptiveness, Critical Thinking, Judgment and Decision Making.
• Required Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in sales and marketing, customer service, and basic mathematics.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Luganda.

Preferred Qualifications
• Desired Additional Skills: Reading Comprehension, Complex Problem Solving, Time Management.
• Beneficial Experience: Experience in retail or direct sales.
• Preferred Certifications: Any sales-related certifications are a plus.
• Additional Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computers and electronics.
