SECURITY GUARDING AT THE MISSION BUILDINGS AND THE RESIDENCE
A diplomatic mission in Kampala announces a tender for provision of "Security guarding at the mission buildings and the Residence".
Those interested in bidding for the tender, must obtain a brochure of conditions and specifications from the mission (Finance Affairs Department) after submitting papers and supporting documents of the bidding company, in addition to the company's previous experience and existing contracts.
Noting that, when submitting the bid, an initial bank guarantee of (1%) of the total value of the offer, including the value added tax, must be submitted, noting that acceptance of the bidding, will be only for companies that submitted a bank guarantee, filled in all the fields related to quantities, tables, and value, and stamping them with the official seal of the company.
