BACKGROUND
JENA Herbals Limited is registered as a company in Uganda in 2007 with focus on discovery, research, development, manufacture and supply of high quality, safe and effective natural medicines and health maintenance products from plants, animal products and other bio-systems in Africa.
Jena Herbals Limited has received funds from Bio-Innovate Africa, Project number BA/3/2022/04 under The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (ICIPE) to be used for the acquisition of Laboratory Equipment & Tools for the development of Bio based supplements to Artemisinin combination therapy for effective malaria treatment (SUPPACT).
Jena Herbals Limited Invites Quotations from competent and eligible firms for BA/3/EQ/01 Supply, delivery & Installation of Laboratory Equipment and Tools as below;

ELIGIBILITY Criteria
The following information and documents will also be considered during evaluation on pass/fail basis and non-compliant quotations will be eliminated.
1. Valid trading License.
2. Quotation validity period of 45days.
3. Delivery schedule.
4. Warranty Period.
5. Country of Origin.
6. Related work experience for the past 5 years.
DETAILED TERMS OF REFERENCE
Interested and eligible suppliers shall obtain detailed Request for
quotation documents in soft copy form ONLY. Kindly submit your

RFQ SUBMISSION DEADLINE DATE AND TIME Interested suppliers should submit their quotations offers electronically by 17th November 2023 at 4.00pm (EAT) to engwaujoshua@gmail.com/jenaherbals@gmail.com indicating in the subject the tender reference number "BA/3/ EQ/01 Supply, delivery & Installation of Laboratory Equipment and Tools".
1. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. You should have offers in PDF and zip folders.
3. One email should be used for submitting the offer.
Jena Herbals Limited remains with full rights to cancel this process at any stage without informing providers and at no cost refund to the providers who participate in this tender process.
