Contivibe Media Limited is a content and media production company that specializes in creating impactful content for various platforms and capturing moments in real-time.
The Team Lead plays a central role in driving the creative and business success of Contivibe Media. This role is responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing the company’s brand presence, overseeing content strategy for both internal and client projects, and growing HiFi Radio, our media extension under Contivibe.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategic Growth
- Lead and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and pitch innovative content and media solutions tailored to client needs.
- Represent Contivibe at industry events, networking opportunities, and business forums.
Brand & Digital Presence Management
- Oversee and maintain the Contivibe Media brand identity and voice across all platforms.
- Supervise and coordinate content creation for company-owned platforms, including website, blog, YouTube, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor brand engagement metrics and refine strategies to improve online visibility and resonance.
Content Strategy &Creation Oversight
- Develop and manage content calendars and campaigns for both Contivibe and its clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ideate, script, and execute content that aligns with client goals and brand voice.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality multimedia content across formats (video, photo, audio, written).
HiFi Radio Development
- Provide strategic direction for HiFi Radio’s programming, brand identity, and growth plan.
- Oversee content creation and scheduling for HiFi Radio, ensuring alignment with Contivibe’s values and audience expectations.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and expansion of reach
Required Qualifications & Skills
Ø A Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a Business-related field.
Ø 2+ years of experience in content creation, media production (photography, videography, short films, etc), or marketing leadership roles.
Ø Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in:
Ø Photography and camera operations
Ø Video production and editing workflows
Ø Social media content creation (short-form, long-form, platform-optimized)
Ø YouTube channel strategy and optimization
Ø Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ø A self-driven, team-oriented leader with project management skills.
Ø Not camera shy
Ø Passion for storytelling, entrepreneurship, and youth-centered media.
Ø Up-to-date with digital trends and content innovations.
Ø Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
