JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
The Projects Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of engineering projects. This role involves liaising with different departments, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
• Submission of assessment and completion reports to different clients on time.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets Assist in the planning
and organizing of the projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure that project deliverables meet the required specifications.
• Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Provision of solutions to complaints raised by the customer.
• Working with the technical team to ensure proper service schedule implementation.
• Making quotation as per demands of the clients.
• Composing, updating and giving feedback to clients through emails.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering and any related field.
• Minimum of 1year of experience in project management within an engineering
environment or busy business environment.

Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
