JOB DETAILS:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of welding processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of welding activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Utilize CSWIP 3.1 knowledge and expertise to assess welding procedures and the quality of welded joints.
• Verify the qualifications of welders, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Assess welder performance and adherence to approved welding procedures. Generate detailed welding inspection reports, documenting procedures, materials, and results.
• Maintain accurate records of welder qualifications, inspection findings, and compliance records
• Review and approve welding procedures to ensure they meet the necessary standards and codes.
• Provide technical guidance on the development of welding procedures when required.

Qualifications:
• CSWIP 3.1 Certification in Welding Inspection.
• Proven experience as a Welding Inspector, preferably in the construction, oil and gas, or manufacturing industries.
• In-depth knowledge of welding processes, materials, and procedures.
