Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Tracked and supervised sales team output weekly.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
