Job Description:
We are seeking friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Waitresses. As a Waitress, you will be an essential part of creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment will ensure our patrons have a memorable visit.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they arrive, seat them, and provide them with menus.
• Present the menu, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that orders are correctly prepared.
• Check in with guests to ensure their needs are met and promptly address any concerns or requests.
• Monitor table turnovers and communicate with the host/hostess to accommodate incoming guests.
• Prepare and deliver checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including food handling and hygiene standards. - Provide assistance in organizing and executing special events or promotions held at the restaurant.
• Stay up-to-date on menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates. - Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Compliance with all local food safety and alcohol service regulations.
